Michael Leader was born in 1945 to Harry and Rona Leader (née Gray) in the UK. His father was a big band leader in the 50's, Harry Leader, and Leader's grandfather was a Russian Army Trumpeter, Leader's mother was a song writer.
Leader died on August 22, 2016.
