Lars Green (né Larry Robert Green) was born on September 30, 1952 in California. He had three brothers.
Green was married to actress Lydia Green (née Graber) and ran his own courier service.
Green died on June 7, 2004 in Los Angeles, CA.

Miscellany2010 - Green gave his Ewok mask (along with the "hands" and "feet") to his brother, Dr. Scott Green, as a gift. Over the years Lars' nieces and nephews had used them for Halloween and play. The hands and feet no longer survive, but the mask was sold at auction for $22,705.
