Ernie Fosselius (né Carl Ernst Fosselius) was born in 1946.

Fosselius was once in the film business but since he retired from that profession, he has been and is now a painter and carver in Sebastopol, CA. Fosselius specializes in carved automata.

Once had a Winnebago converted into a traveling museum for his carvings.
