Tim Dry
Timothy N. Dry was born in March of 1952 in Red Hill, Surrey, England, UK.
At 20, Dry began Graphic Design Dip AD at Reigate School of Art and Design, but he was left flat by the course and left, with other students from the school, to pursue other creative avenues in Brighton, Sussex. By 1973 he and other Reigate alumnae created The Cosmic Colouring Book.
In 1976, Dry moved to London, where he trained in Corporeal Mime (Decroux technique) with Desmond Jones. He studied Physical Theatre with Lindsay Kemp (David Bowie/Kate Bush tutor) and Theatre Du Movement, and studied acting tuition in the Stanislavski method.
Tim is also an award-winning Photographic Artist, whose subjects have included Mick Jagger, Steven Berkoff, The Mediaeval Baebes and Joan Collins. He has exhibited his art in London, Hamburg and New York. His work has been used for CD covers and book jackets. In December 2007 he exhibited six original photo-montages in the prestigious Gallery 286 in London.
Was married to actress Race Davies (1990-1996)
He is currently based in London, England, UK.

2002-2003 - Mime/body language workshops (Cortijo Santa Cruz, Orgiva, Spain)
1980 - TIK and TOK created. It was Tim and Sean's (Crawford) Robotics routine that was responsible for inspiring the dance craze 'The Robot'. TIK and TOK supported: Gary Numan, Duran Duran, and Ultravox.
1979 - Shock formed. Toured with and supported: Depeche Mode, Classix Nouveaux, Adam & the Ants, Ultravox, and Gary Numan.
1978 - Silents (mime company) formed (Desmond Jones)
